Cancellation Policy

We understand that your time is valuable. We promise that your stylist will be prompt and prepared for your scheduled appointment, therefore, we mandate that you must give us a 24 hours for changes or cancellations.

No show Appointments. 1st no show we give you a pass, unexpected things happen and life can sometimes be a little crazy. . Give us a call on the day you are free and we will try and get you in that day.
